Development Program

 The Arnstadt Academy located in Arnstadt Germany has a program curriculum that is designed using player development guiding principles based on the German Elite School curriculum and adopts European development protocols. The goal is to provide a high-performance development environment. Regarding the training curriculum aspect, the Arnstadt Academy will provide proven training methods, high-level coaching staff, generally 7 to 8 training sessions per week, balanced intensity of training, fitness demands, and psychological makeup for elite soccer players to improve performance levels. Regarding the showcasing aspect, players will play with a guest player status on the U19 Arnstadt Academy team in exhibition games against other German U19 Elite Academy teams and will also be able to go on individual trials. The Within Reach summer identification camp program will run from July 7th to August 6th 2025.
